1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Use govern the access to and use of the ShapeLeague website and app. By creating an account, building your plan or subscribing to any paid plan, you declare that you have read and fully accepted these terms.
2. The service
ShapeLeague is a wellness app that generates personalized training and nutrition guidance from the information you provide, plus tracking features such as photo calorie logging, habits, measurements and progress photos.
- The training plan is organized in 28-day cycles with load progression.
- Nutrition guidance uses the Mifflin-St Jeor method applied to your data.
- Features may be added, changed or discontinued at any time, preserving the essence of the contracted service.
3. Health disclaimer
ShapeLeague provides general fitness and nutrition education content and does not replace assessment, diagnosis or supervision by a doctor, nutritionist or fitness professional. Consult a health professional before starting any exercise or diet program, especially if you have pre-existing conditions, are pregnant or are under 18.
4. Account and eligibility
- You must be 18 or older, or use the service with the authorization and supervision of a legal guardian.
- The information you provide must be truthful — your plan is calculated from it.
- The account is personal and non-transferable; you are responsible for keeping your credentials safe.
5. Plans, payment and guarantee
- Monthly plan: billed monthly with automatic renewal.
- Annual plan: billed once a year with automatic annual renewal, at a 30% discount versus the monthly price.
- Prices may be adjusted with prior notice; the adjustment applies from the next renewal.
- 7-day guarantee: within 7 calendar days of your first purchase, you may request a full refund, no justification needed.
- Cancellation can be done anytime in the app and stops future renewals; access remains until the end of the period already paid.
6. Content you create
- Progress photos, measurements and logs you add are yours; you grant us permission only to process and display them to you within the app.
- Photo calorie estimates are automatic approximations and may vary — use them as a reference, not an exact measure.
7. Intellectual property
All ShapeLeague content — brand, layout, texts, plans, images and software — is protected by copyright and industrial property rights. Reproduction or distribution without express authorization is prohibited.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShapeLeague is not liable for injuries, health problems or losses resulting from improper use of the service, failure to follow safety guidance, or omission of relevant health information at signup.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email with reasonable notice. Continued use after the changes take effect means agreement.
