This policy describes how ShapeLeague handles the personal data of those who use the website and app, in line with applicable data protection law.
2. Data we collect
- Signup: name, email and, optionally, phone/WhatsApp.
- Physical profile: sex, age, height, weight, target weight, experience level, training routine and food preferences — used solely to calculate your plan.
- App usage: completed workouts, logged loads, check-ins, measurements and progress photos you choose to save.
- Habits and progress: water, sleep, step logs, measurements and progress photos.
- Website browsing: pages visited and analytics events (cookies and tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, when active).
3. How we use it
- Generate and adjust your training plan and nutrition guidance (contract performance).
- Track your habits, workouts and progress over time.
- Process payments and meet tax obligations.
- Send service communications and, with your consent, content and updates.
- Improve the product with aggregated, anonymized metrics.
4. Sensitive health data
Body measurements and declared health information (such as restrictions and physical conditions) are processed only to personalize your plan, based on your consent. We never sell your data nor use it for third-party targeted advertising.
5. Sharing
- Payment processors (to bill your subscription).
- Infrastructure and analytics providers, under contract and only as necessary.
- Authorities, when required by law.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies (site functionality) and, when configured, analytics and marketing cookies (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel). You can block non-essential cookies in your browser settings.
7. Security and retention
We use encryption in transit, access control and industry best practices. We keep your data while the account exists; after deletion, we remove or anonymize the data within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep.
8. Your rights
- Confirm processing and access your data.
- Correct incomplete or outdated data.
- Request portability, anonymization or deletion.
- Withdraw consent at any time.
